Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing 1 business day fast order processing and free shipping to our valued customers. We use USPS and UPS services that take 2 – 4 business days in the whole delivery process from door to door but shipping time may vary during holidays and busy season due to the change in carrier’s pickup schedule.
Once your package is ready to ship. You will be provided with a tracking number. Your package will be dispatched to the carrier service timely. Usually, tracking status takes a while to be updated in the system.
Expect some delays in exceptional circumstances for instance weather and Holidays. Carrier services take a little longer than the expected delivery date of the package.
Lost Packages:
In case of lost packages in the shipping process, the Seller is responsible to send a replacement or a full refund. Once, tracking shows the package status” Delivered”, a seller is not responsible for any loss and theft after delivery.
All inquiries about lost packages must be directed to the carrier service used for shipping.
